FERNANDO RADUAN MD’S PRACTICE

Dr. Fernando Raduan is a distinguished orthopedic surgeon with specialized expertise in Foot & Ankle Surgery and Sports Medicine. His medical journey began in São Paulo, Brazil, where he completed his medical degree at Universidade de Santo Amaro (1995-2000).

Following his medical education, Dr. Raduan completed rigorous training at the prestigious Universidade Federal de São Paulo, including his Orthopedic Surgery Residency (2001-2004), Sports Medicine Fellowship (2004-2005), and Foot and Ankle Fellowship (2006-2007).

His commitment to excellence led him to pursue additional advanced fellowships, including international observerships with world-renowned surgeons Dr. Mark Myerson at Mercy Hospital in Baltimore, MD (2008) and Dr. Nicola Maffulli at Queen Mary University in London, UK (2011). He further honed his expertise with fellowships at Fairview Hospital Twin Cities Orthopedics (2020-2021) and Massachusetts General Hospital Harvard Medical School (2021-2022).

Since October 2022, Dr. Raduan has served at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a Harvard Medical School Teaching Hospital, where he currently holds the position of Head of the Foot and Ankle Division (as of 2024), having previously served as Director of Foot and Ankle Sports Medicine.
